BDP2800 audio error message

Hi, when play from the usb an mp4 video, an arror message "audio not supported" is displayed on the screen and i need to press the ok button to get it away. I don't need the audio is played but i don't want the error message to be displayed, there's a way to cancel it permanently?

there s no such option that i aware so far
error message will only be displayed when your media file (audio/ video) is out of the scope supported. for details, you can hv a look of the codec table: http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...ht=codec+table
