Auto fill does not work properly

I have à 50pfl7956H12 tv since two weeks. À brilliant tv!!

Sometimes my autofill function does not work i must switch the tv and decoder off.

My tv is connected with à hdmi cable with à Humax 5050c HD decoder.

Does anybody know how i can solve this problem?????
