TV 40pfl9715K02, since startet, I can't open this feature: "NetTV - ZdF Mediathek - ZdF Olympia Live - diff. Programs". Screen remains black. Any explanation, help, outlook, software?

After the Olympic Games opened in London 2012 the German TV "ZDF" startet a life program at there Mediathek for all competition the whole day, hour by hour. By NetTV. But could not be received by my TV, although I can receive all other programs at NetTVQuote:
