Can you please give us some more information, so we can investigate more specific:
- What version of HTS software is used ? Do check for latest software for this product on the Philips support website and upgrade if necessary.
- MyRemote App version.
- Language setting on phone.
- Language setting on HTS.
Further (if possible):
- Which steps have been taken. How could we reproduce it?
- The exact description of a possible error message.
- Possible screenshots or files to further explain the error.
- Tip: did you perform a (cold) reboot on both devices? This will help in some cases.

After updating the HTS to the latest software version 1.47.10 MCU V27.13 The MyRemote app from 10-05-2012 Does not find The HTS att all. À cold reboot On both devices Does not help. Language On both devices is Dutch. The app On my Samsung Galaxy S3 is automated updated to the latest version.
