It is a software issue ... PLEASE FIX IT & UPDATE our firmware !
I have this same problem.
It does not matter if I use Wifi or wired connection
Factory reset does not help.
I have really tried everything.
As stated here it is linked to NAS and WiFi.
Please Philips get out of hibernation and fix this firmware.
