32PFL3517T/12 Smart TV that seems to only allow YouTube

I recently purchased a 32PFL3517T/12 and have been able to view media on my home network, but I was surprised to discover the only thing I can do on the internet is access YouTube

No iPlayer from the BBC, Not even an internet browser ?

Am I missing something ? Should I not be able to get NetTV and see some more apps to purchase / download ?

nothing wrong with your experience, this tv has only youtube integrated and access to personal network
nettv is available on other products

So in the manual where it says

"If you connect the TV to a home network with an Internet connection, you can browse Smart TV. Smart TV offers Internet services and websites tailored to your TV. Play music and videos, rent movies and much more."

It is lying ... perhaps instead of selling it as a Smart TV it should say a Youtube TV ?
