1. One billion votes for IPTV with support of different playlists. I mean it would be great to set path to IPTV-playlist on USB flash drive or shared directory on home network devices.

I fully agree. Their current offer is already very TV friendly from a navigation point of view.
I remember, to have written a mail to them some time ago to encourage them joining Philips SmartTV.

In France, it would be nice to have VOD TV replay apps like mytf1 or the VOD of the public channel France Television named "pluzz".
