Beamer ppx 2450

Hello! I have a problem with my ppx 2450, I can not see blu-ray discs, only dvd and file mp4.
I updated the firmware and I linked it with different blu-ray players but it doesn't work always with blu-ray.
I tried with ppx 2480 and it works good with blu-ray.

Is there a limitation of ppx 2450 with blu-ray system?

I did go on phillips site and compared products the only differences i could find was the number of lumens the size and the fact that 2480 comes with a vga cable while 2450 doesn t !! So theoritically they should respond the same!
