Plex media App Av

Is there, or could there be PLEX app for Philips Net TV?
Then is it possible that the media (server / streamer) non gesupporte can transcode DTS to stereo sound.
and also watching MKV with DTS possible.
philips hopefully do something with it, is there anyone here knows more?
