i must be desperate I am now on here
ref CT 50-853933003 I have been trying to get repair to remote
(i was advised having problems with them, on my 1st live chat)
TV Mod No: 46PFL9705H/12
Seriel No: VN1H1111016993
I am not getting any emails promised , so I can send proof of purchase for repair
Basically I been chasing this for a long time
I am running out of options
this my last resort,
then maybe strart writing to Uk headquarters (surely not?)
I started contacting cust support beginning of October
6 emails, 4 live chats, 3 phone calls later
I am not getting much help
suffice to be told problems with server , not getting emails including alternative address
looks like biggest fob off I have ever come across, but I know its not, just really unlucky
what is best address to write to complain and actually get a reply
anyone please help
it would be very very much appreciated
sorry have to say my experiance of getting warranty work proceeding is very sub standard and at moment future purchases of philips products are on hold till I can see some changes
can not believe I am posting on here to get some sort of result.
desperate or what , like i said earlier ;-)
so far 0/10 room for major improvement
more detail on my experiance would take up too much of my life but I'll answer any Q?
