Shortcut for Sleep Timer On TV Remote?

Hello!

I know the actual need of a sleep timer on the TV remote control isn`t a new topic. But here's something. For the second time now, totally by accident, pressing the Source button and another one - I do not know which one- placed in center, i got the timer on the screen!!!! :D Note that I did not got "deep" into the menu to get the timer.

So, I`m asking now, is there a more simple way to put the LCD to sleep other than the classic method, thru the menu? :confused:
