Hi there,
Yesterday I accidentally noticed on the TV box this picture:

TV Video Calls (Accessories not included)

Since I Know that my TV does not support Skype I wonder how can I achieve something like this. (TV Video calls)
Also there is similar text in PDF brochure:
Enjoy video calls on your TV and be close to your loved ones

Can someone help me with this?

TV Video calls means that you can make calls from an external device that can handle Skype or other video calls.
