softwear update for my Blu-Ray Player

Hi All

I need some help. I am trying to do a softwear update on my Blu-Ray play which I got 3 years ago (never done one before on this Philips player)

I have downloaded the softwear from : http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/d...ctn=BDP3100/12.

However I could not get the softwear to run on the BluRay when I put the USB into the player. I got on to the Philips Chat and they told me that I needed to do the following

!remove the "autorun UPG " file from the upgrade, leaving it as a separate item on the USB stick"

However they cannot help/advise me on how to do this. When I unzip the file it has a folder called "UPG_ALL" and in this there does not appear to have an auto run in the folders just two files called BDP_3100_S_B.BIN and BDP3100M2.BIN

Can anyone help me in how to extract the aauto run file??
