what firmware do you have?
as far as i remember, once you have updated the spotify firmware, you may not have the ogg vorbis feature.
Can I go back to an old firmware without Spotify support?

It has helped several times to give them the MAC-address when there have been issues with registering the unit.
What lucas1970 is hinting is probably that if you publish your MAC-address, Philips might (!) be able to link it to an older Firmware that supports to ogg format.
