Message: "XML Parse error".

When I try to use net tv, I receive several errors,

XML Parse error, on Utopolis app, For Luxembourg and Netherlands.
Sometimes it even crashes the TV, making click sound and TV restarts back to Satellite receiver. :confused:

My TV is broken? or it is a mess inside Philips software?

is there a fix for this?

my tv is 40' Philips 9704

try updating to latest firmware

If an XML parsing error is seen, It is a Service Issue: In this case a Problem with Utopolis. :D
