WiFi media connect not working

Hi all.

Got 32PFL9705 and Windows7. WiFi MC is searching for the TV all the time, and does not find it.
TV is working via WiFi, and I believe it works - Net TV is functioning. PC also has internet (as you may understand from this post).
What to do?

Hi Boa,

Welcome to the TV forum,

Could you please try the following:

-Check if your PC is detecting your TV as a DLNA device
-Disable the firewall
-Try the manual settings on the TV, and configure also the PC with Static IP.

Hopefully this will solve your issue, if not let us know.

I'm having the same issue with similar setup except my TV is hardwired. However, when I connect my laptop via a Ethernet (hardwire) the Media Connect works perfectly. So, it doesn't work when my TV is hardwired and laptop is wireless. Please advise!
