NP 3900 - Freezing

I have a lot of issues dealing with my new NP3900.
1) often the device is not found as a player by my computers (twonkyplayer, windows mediaplayer) or my phone (android with simplyshare).
2) very often the NP3900 is freezing (black screen with vertical white lines) when sending a play list from twonkyplayer (or other). The only solution is a power shutdown.

I have updated the NP3900 with the last firmware. Same issues.

Any idea would help.

Hi

You may try Airstudio app as alternative to simplyshare. I find airstudio to be a bit better. Just rescan the network once in case you do not find NP on first scan.

Skifta for Android is a very stable and reliable alternative too.
