Problem with connection of the tv and the human 5200C

This is the problem we have
When we make a link with 1 hdmi cable(1.4) between the 46pfl8007 and the humax 5200c cable HD recorder everything is alright but after a while the tv freezes and the remote of the humax and tv is not working any more (it's working again after a power of (switch back panel humax)
This happens not everytime on the same time, sometimes after 20 min then again after 45 min
We checkt out with another hdmi cable but this problem stay's


Please can you help us

BTW we make a firmware upgrade latest version for the tv and humax

Sorry to see you're having problems with your TV and Humax box.

Can you confirm whether this problem with any other devices connected by HDMI in the same ports? :)

Hello rafe
No it's only with the humax box and not with the audio/dvd set that's 100 % ok
We have switch the hdmi cable with the other ports and it's freeze again

What you're describing would suggest that the problem lays with the Humax box, unfortunately :(

Have you confirmed with them if this is a common problem, at all?

We have contact with philips and they make a remote diagnostic by internet and they think it's a problem in the television
