Can't find Netflix app on BDP6100?

I've been trying to find the Netflix app on my BDP6100 Blu-ray player but it's not there.
I have also checked the App Gallery and even tried to search for "netflix" but nothing shows up.

I called Netflix support and they told me that the BDP6100 should be supported for Netflix.

Hi Dude did you try again today. Can you find it in the main menu/Smart TV portal?

Have heard that it should be there.

Is it working then? Would be great to get some feedback
