upgrade v1.14

hi all,
sorry but I'm unable to upgrade to this release. Songbird says that my device is already updated (1.11)

There's no other way to get my device upgraded?

(I tryed on different PC with different windows, XP or win7, nothing changes)

me neither, my Raga is so slow that i cant believe it ... might return it to the store and get my money back.
