Philips stops answering on open complaint
For more than a year I am suffering a problem with my 32PFL7605C12.
I has 'random black screens' every now and then.
The TV is connected with PTA01 dongle to my network to use IP-EPG and smart TV apps like 'uitzending gemist'
I also use the network connection sometimes to stream pictures and movies from my network harddisk
I have contacted Philips several times, but they were never able to solve it.
Now on this forum I have read that for 2011 models there is solution for spontaneous shutdowns/turn on of TV sets.
I have tried to contact Philips several times referring to my registered complaint number, but Philips is not answering anymore !
Last week I finally spoke with Philips and was told that also 2010 model TVs will have a new firmware that will solve the problem related to network/easylink/reboots.
I am still hoping that this solution will come some day, but I am very disappointed that Philips does not answer on my E-mails on an unsolved complaint.
