BDP9500 problems

Hi, since some time, I'm having problems with my BDP9500 player.

More in particular, I have problems with the blu-ray of Prometheus. When I'm trying to play this, it only gives me the screen of 20th century fox and that's it, afterwards it just stops working and returns to a black screen...

I'm also experiencing that it takes a long time for certain other blu-rays to get loaded. Sometimes it almost takes up to 2min before I can see a moving screen of a blu-ray.

My software is updated to the latest version (1.09), so not sure whether anyone else has this kind of problem?

In the beginning when I had this player (late 2010 or something) it stopped playing blu-rays in the middle of the movie, but this issue was fixed by Philips, so I don't think this has something to do with it.

Did these movies work ok before? Did you already try to reset your BDP and give it a new try?
