There was a problem. Smart TV is not on the loaded application. (photo below)
Clearing memory NetTV did not help. Is still the same.
Tried to update the firmware on the TV - without success.
That suggest more?

If you enter a name in the search application, you can go into it. But downloading the applications themselves do not.
