It is possible that some or the regions are different I was using win zip, pk zip and also tried with windows 7 the same applied.

If yours works lucky you, I have reproduced this on 4 different...

The problem is the file is zipped twice! Yes that's right 2 times...

So the extracted file name is incorrect my one extracts as "dcm580_05_fus_eng"

Philips need to get a handle on this ASAP before many loyal people like me return the device to the shop and demand a refund....
