I bought a 37pfl7605/H12 sept 2010. It is not clear to me why the 2010 models do not support subtitles, while the later models do. Can you explain, is there some technical reason for this ?

for the problem with the 37pfl7605/H12 and SW version 000.140.023.000.
Disconnecting the ethernet cable helps....
