I suppose you already tried to reset the device completely (unplug it for a little while and plug it back)? if this does not work, i would actually contact your local service centre to have it...
what phone you have and what App version do you use? also are you talking about M100 or B120?
have you tried to reset it all? the device and the router and connect it again? also can you see it registered on MyPhilips?
what error message do you get when you try to go to internet radio?

have you checked the sleep timer is not on?
As mentioned somewhere else, have you tried to reset all, uninstall and install the App back again, but also reset the router?

hi pimousse, when you go to the internet radio on your WAC7500 does it still say "internet server cannot be connected"? because if yes then it's more likely an internet connectivity issue.

Garbage is not necessary I think. Just take it to your local service, they maybe able to fix the power slot for you. I would definitely try this before getting rid of it.
