But, the new problem is that it is an intermittent problem ... so not so easy to plug and test.

Well, it is a little bit to easy to say that i must buy a new hdmi câble and and a new dvd reader just to do the test.
I am not rich enough to buy materials that i will never use after the tests....

This bug is not a result of a software upgrade, i have this issue before any upgrade, after the first upgrade and now after the second upgrade.
