MKV standards just got an update it seems, I've been using mkvmerge to merge movies with icelandic subtitles and after mkvtoolnix 5.9.0 VLC and this blu-ray player have trouble seeking in the file....

My BDP 5200 freezes all the time. It freezes when watching MKV from a USB drive and also when watching Blu-Ray. It happens on every other film I watch and that is way too much. I'm seriously thinking...

Ok I get that, but why does my USB 3 Stick work like a charm when formatted with FAT32 but not in NTFS? that shouldn't have anything to do with the ampere need right?

I've tried with a 16 GB Silicon Power USB 3 Stick (no external power since it's a stick)

and the other is an Icy Box Sata Enclosure with a 200gb SATA disk inside, USB 2 (with external power)
