    089 + 097 are the last both stable (!) FWs... to use SmartTV and HbbTV (!!!) without problems. 092 and 095 are buggy as hell in HbbTV...

    097 was drawn back in Germany cause of a problem with some...

    Try that way:

    Backup your old FW and Channel List (!) to USB-Stick.

    Let the TV upgrade over internet (by Philips-Server, not by downloaded FW file) to last FW 099.

    After rebooting restore...
