Wouldn't it just be a case of installing a Greek font on the TV? If the language is set to Greek, load that subtitle by default. Surely there are Greek fonts floating around for not too much money?

Can't wait till the software is optimized. It's such a great piece of work, the TV's itself, and the software just kills it. It makes it seem so.. cheap, slow :/. If the TV can't handle fancy sliding...
