    HDMI disappeared from Source list

    Hi,
    For some reason, every six months a different source disappears from the source list on the 'AV-source list' menu. Originally, the list had TV, Digital TV, Hdmi1 and Hdmi2, and Ext 1, 2 and 3....

    Some weeks ago, the AV source menu removed Ext 2 from the display list. Now it has also removed HDMI1 and HDMI2 and cannot connect my apple TV.
