Well looks like the development for the 2011 TV's are finished and philips tv onwer's are left with a buggy tv... almost 3 months since the last firmware...

Let this be a lesson to all, dont buy...

I agree that black should be black. I and another user reported the problem with the black bars here just after the firmware was released, but now i'm going to speculate but perhaps you guys can test...

I totaly agree, i think local diming is almost off now or very slow to react to the brigthness of the picture, sometimes i can still see it using diferent levels of backlight between dark and light...
