No i think the promotion is the problem and Philips does something wrong. Samsung and Lg must be doing something to get the apps in their smart tvs. Lg and Philips was supposed to get worg together...

To create new apps you have to be the owner of it. So whats the point?

Philips tv a company that continues ignoring their clients. GREECE/Cyprus buys your tvs but you don't really care. Apps fro Greece are not there.... So maybe Greece will be not there for you nowadays.

can we suggest applications there if we are not the owners?

The rest are victums. Why don't you make movies rentals in Greece/Cyprus or in any other country as LG or SAMSUNG are doing?

Are you going to update netv tv with lg & sharp so to be more interesting? Or net tv will be as it is, Poor comparing to samsung. Please make dvd rentals and in other countries so to be able to watch...

They told me that Philips does not support Greek subtitles. Is that true? If that is true i hope you will in next firmware..... Why i didn't buy Lg or Samsung i am sure they know where is Greece not...

i wish i knew that(about epg). If i knew that i wouldnt have bought that tv. Philips is far behind and that surpise me.But now i have to live with it unfortunately.

I have installed the latest software in support page 14.93. But the porblem is there. Why?

This tv is my first Philips and i bought it with a lot of expectations. But i found it very difficult to navigate in menus and a dissapointing epg which you can't see while you are changing channels....
