Philips does NOT advise to downgrade, that is why Philips does not provide older SW...
I think Philips tvs have limited hardware(Not like samsng). They barely running tvs own software on it so there is no extra place to write on the flash.
I didn'T tell until now but when i mention the hardware issues that philips trying to fix with software tricks but they can'T (140.32). I saw "(unofficial)" word added to "TV Forum" section next day...

I'm trying 140.32 now (with a ps3 connected via hdmi). It has been 60 minutes still no problem with the sound. I'll test it more tomorrow.
So you're saying this problem is permanent? Even after so many software updates?
