Yes it is, they send the profile on my account and told me they would make it public.
You send a mail to logitech helpdesk, they have the profile.

Try to downsample to stereo, the tv wont accept hd sound. I only can use my hdi dune on my tv, because it can downsample.
Also my oppo BD-95 wont give sound only through my receiver.

I have send 2 weeks ago Logitech information about the 8007 and they have make a profile you can ad on the harmony. It works for me about 1 1/2 week now.

I also still have lighter scenes and darker scenes due dynamic backlight, i don't have stable picture see my earlier post "screen to bright"in other topic Üser Interface"
