Hi vdev,
That is indeed the correct one!!!
Do you have any option to change on your TV and did you try already? What sound output is it? Are all devices up to date?
And to be honest I do not see this device to be used as an external...
Well it has the aux in but the rest would all depend on your PC, drivers soundcard etc.....
Do you use the App for this?
What is the distance between both speakers and also with your BT device? Did you follow all this...
I would first charge it completely. The reset, connect again and try
Can you try with a differnt format to double check.. Also make sure latest fw is there (though am not sure if that helps ;) )
No need to ask that when connect either via HDMI or AV that you select the correct source on your tv. You should see like a light under the HD media player...
Did you try a different power socket...
Hi again,
If you tried different cables and also all is up to date then the only thing that you can try is a different hdmI input....if all no success then it looks like an issue of your bdp
Is that with all your favorites or only some of them? Can you delete them and make then new again and try again?
Strange..
Can you try with a differnt router if you have not already tried
Hi press the home key and go to online services, its there
What do you mean exactly?
Looking in the posts for /F7 models they are not supported here.
My advise is to be sure latest fw is there and try again
Is your HTS up to date?
Hi there......unkmown disc is a loader issue and you need service for your device........
Could you try to test this same on a different TV? It looks like a Tv issue so try if and when possible..
Hi Horace,
Did you upgrade any of your two devices that you have? I would be sure that both are up to date and try again.. You tested the BDP on a different Tv, was that also a Panasonic?
Again...
So they worked before but after the update they don´t. Can you give the media info or maybe share a file?
Make sure you select the correct source by pressing audio source. Also it might depend on your tv
You said you reported this to Philips as this looks like clearly a fault. If you contacted them do it again as this is a defect....
Hi there,
For some other media player like WMP, the default format is *.wpl. Therefor, it has to be converted before sync.
* To convert the playlist format: play your playlist in the media...
Hi Lince,
Maybe this helps the suggestions given here http://www.supportforum.philips.com/en/archive/index.php/t-7859.html
Hi, can you give the codecs and the exact modelnumber?
Did you try already as suggested by Oscar?
