HTS9221: How to turn the top-touch-buttons back on.
For some reason all top touch buttons have disappeared.
The only button visible is the red On/Off button, but only if the unit is off.
I tried...

I have also disconnected the unit from the power source for approx. 30 minutes. But still none of the top-buttons appear.
I am really disappointed in this poor quality.

Since a couple of days, all touch buttons: navigation, volume, eject etcetera, disappeared from the front top of the device.

I am streaming .mkv files with .srt files for subtitles.
The video is displayed correctly, but I am not able to see or activate subtitles.
Can anyone give me some advice?
