I've taken mine in to the local service center in the UAE. I'll post more details when/if it's fixed.

I've had it unplugged for several days after first seeing it do this. Also tried many different outlets. Something seems to have changed/broken internally.

My DS9800W was working perfectly for 4 months until one day I can home to find it doing this:
Rapidly turning on and off. Green light coming on, then power going off. Then turning back on again....
