I agree. I reinstalled the app and, as you said, ther is a progress bar that never reaches the end.
On the apps main page I selected the TV3 app logo, and then I pressed the blue...

I'm afraid this is an app issue. It depends on how the key entries are managed. It is the same with other apps like vimeo or dailymotion. You can use the keyboard when a virtual keyboard is shown....
