    For some reason, the original code I set would not unlock Apps. I know that I entered it correctly because it would let me change the code. After I changed the code, it worked as it should.

    Child lock does not work

    TV = 42PFL6008s

    TV is about 6 weeks old. I had never set a child lock. When I tried to access locked Apps in "App Gallery" I got a prompt to enter a PIN code. I tried "0000" which didn't work....

    MUZU.TV app does not work

    When I open the Muzu.tv app I can enter a search term and suggestions appear on the right side of the interface. If I select one of the suggestions, I just get a blank screen....
