If I select the new BBC Iplayer app in the new portal it says loading but never gets in - where do I go for help.
It's rather frustrating that I have bought an expensive Smart TV that is clearly...

BUG:Leaving USB Hard Drive plugged in slows down Net TV
I have an external hard drive plugged into side USB port to play movies and pictures. Unfortunately whilst the drive is plugged in this seriously degrades the internet performance especially U-Tube....
