I think the crosstalk effect is strong. But some sources, some Blu-Rays, some movies have crosstalk effects caused by themselves. So if you have such effects on every 3D source, your TV doesn't work...

is it possible that you take pictures of the crosstalk effects. Then we can decide if the effect is acceptable for the passive technology or to strong.

You are right, some persons are sensitive to 3D movies. But my wife, my friends and the digital camera :-) can see the crosstalk effects. I have seen the 42PFL7606K in a shop with the same passive 3D...
