Agree with Toengle. it will be the best if you can give the EAN i.e. the bar code for the disc since they may not be ordering from amazon. and sometimes there will be more than 1...

I see. What you have descried is true for my BDP5100 as well. Never thought this is a bug, thought it is made this way... anyway, Philips moderator has to clarify on this. :)
