Hi, as you can upgrade successfully, maybe good to try the new feature "network status" in service tab, so you can check if there are many people using the same wifi channel as yours.
So far no big issues with latest firmware and AirStudio App. Once you can setup the speaker with AirStudio, you can choose other App to explore the functions :)
But it doesn't support AirPlay :)

Does it happen when power on ? If yes, you may try to unplug the power cord -> connect the Ethernet cable to your router and then plug the power cord to turn on the device. See if it can be recovered.
