Do you mean IVI app in smart TV? or the internet site?
if so... why IVI app not saying that you cannot play this movie outside of russia? instead showing message that this video is not supported on...

after FW update? Im having problem to play 3D content from USB in built in Player sins i updated from 19.84 to 19.93 ! Every movie have ghosting effect!...

Huge changelog =))) i'm impressed! and what about MKV 3D playback from built in player? is there any chance to fix the annoying ghosting on any movie, and bring back the compatibilities to play them...

PS Just to notice, IVI internet service not allowing you to watch a movie if your IP is not from russia...

I have a problem after updated from 000.014.084.000 to 000.014.093.000 (i still on it)
Every movie that i trying to watch in 3D from build in player, have very strong ghosting effect...

im still on 000.014.093.000 because i scary to update! and for me, still not working :( philips... pls do some thing

There is some news about fixing this problem? by the way... ivi music seems to have problem to!
it`s stuck on second song whene you press "Play All" other apps work fine (youtube for exaple work...

not sure about your model... but i think this forum only support EU models
i saw this answer in one of posts from philips technician!
but if you want to upgrade ypur FW (in general i not recommend...

i heard about brazilian support... in some post that your model have not supported!
only EU model is supported at this forum!
maybe something was changed... but this what i know!

And i can confirm that all work fine in 14.84, just to notice... nothing was changed in my configuration
all remains same... TV, laptoop and PS3! and also my collection of 3D movies not changed ,...

i have a lot of problems!... almost same problems as a every one here experience
i thing it`s really mean that something goes wrong with philips firmware
