I already tried to re-install the channels but it made no difference. Headphones are the exact same as the tv speakers and a dvd player is also out of sync by what seems to be the same...

Software Version: 000.014.098.000. I have analogue tv connected via cable(dvb-c) and all of the channels are out of sync all the time. I am using the tv speakers.
