Not sure how long it takes to charge as I dock it at bedtime ready for the next day. The length of time to charge is not an issue for me, it's the length of time it takes for the phone to recognise...

Hi Oscar, the length of delay is totally random varying from 10 seconds to 1 minute with the s3 and instant charging with my HTC Desire.

Have just purchased the AS111 and when I dock my s3 there is a long delay before the phone begins to charge. Why is this? This is really disappointing.
