It's true it still not perfect, but I am glad that I can now see tv image and hear sound while browsing through EPG. And , it looks much nicer as cable EPG

IP-EPG still doesn't work on my 40PFL8605 with fw 140.40....
It doesn't make any difference if I select "from network" or "from channel" inside the tv menu. I always get the blue screen, with EPG....

100% agree ! Philips should remove that advertisement, most importantly for the sake of speed. Nowadays I even sometimes see a Philips hotel questionaire or something that's popping up in that lower...

Had a internet chat with Philips about this issue and they asked me if I had tried a reset to factory defaults. I didn't so gave that a try, but.... didn't help. Issue still there :mad:
