i got it working.. after a call with philips support, i received the solution:
A downgrade of the firmware and then a update to new firmware.....

since a few days I have this problem..: no respons to cursor in the Net TV "Terms of use" page..
tried everything.. reset router, reinstalled the latest firmware, factory settings..
