Which firmware is installed on the new systemboard?
My systemboard is 2 times replaced (now i have 027 firmware) and the problem with soundrops through HDMI are still there.

Did they fixed it in a firmware update? Do you know what they fixed?

At Ziggo there is no settupbox, only a CI+ module.

I think it is a Ziggo problem.
Sometimes i get the message Channel update. Aftre that message the tv goes black.
It goes 4-6 times an hour black.
Standby or switch off the tv...

Since a couple of days i get a lot of black screens when watching tv or nettv.

Here the same problem. I called philips, I replaced the STB with a new one (still the same problem) and then philips replaced the motherboard of my 9705. I still have sounddrops. I don't install .036...

Today I had the first sounddrop after installing version 033. The only thing I could do was to reboot the TV.

Only "problem" now is that i must set the soundlevel on 24 on hdmi devices to get the same soundlevel as my tv at 18.

The sounddrops are disappeared. I had a lot of sounddrops from external hdmi devices.

They told me that it is the final one, but it is not published on the website yet.

3 days ago, the repair company from Philips support installed fw 140.33 on my TV.
In these 3 days the sound drops are history.

Is the soundproblem also present if I connect the samsung through scart?
If not so, I have a workaround untill the firmware comes out.

I've connected a c7140 (Samsung) through HDMI on my philips 9705 tv.
A lot of times i lose the sound on the tv. I must turn off and on my tv to get the sound back.

I have more sound interruptions after install of 0.32 firmware. With the 0.29 firmware it was about twice a week, now it was 3 times an evening.

Only when I switch to and from an HDMI device...

Today I installed the 32 firmware.
Sound problem (HDMI-Problem) is not solved.
